Return policy - E-mail us to say that you will be returning your order - for refund or exchange, which must be returned within 7 days. The item shall not have been used, installed or modified and must be returned in its original packaging. The item must be in a re-saleable condition. We advise you to return any goods by recorded delivery.

We will also be happy to refund within 7 days for bespoke items which are found to be faulty upon receipt. However we cannot offer refund or exchange for these made to order items due to customer 'changing their mind'.
